MIRAGE

Lonestar managed the design construction and installation of the Mirage deep draft semisubmersible production unit.  The Mirage is serial number 1 of the MinDOC design.  The MinDOC is a combination of a semisubmersible unit and a SPAR.  The unit operated in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico.

MC 941 Mirage Field Development – Telemark Hub – 3900 ft. Water Depth – Fabricate Install MinDOC floating production platform with 12-point moorings.

  • Built the first Graving Dock on the U.S. Gulf Coast

  • Fabricate and install two production modules.

  • Install 63 miles of 10” export gas pipeline

  • Install 23 miles of 10” export oil pipeline.

  • Tie back 13 mile offset Atwater Valley 63 Telemark Subsea well
